Practicing fundamentals of Contact Improvisation with a concentration on blissful falling. Falling off one's own vertical axis, using the air and the floor to experiment with momentum and gravity, and falling into a partner using a shared axis. We will practice 'reading' the changing negative space around our partners, compressing and expanding the space between us as we dance into and out of contact.  Tuning into the frequent and natural changes of speed and tone, we will find more dynamic surprises in our dancing.
